Pay by Our New Payment Processing System

Richmark has upgraded its payment processing so that it can send individualized links to customers that conveniently specify the invoice information and amount to pay. Customers can pay by credit card or eCheck (electronic funds transfer from bank checking and savings accounts). If you haven’t received a link by email for a payment you need to make, please call as below.

Pay by Phone

Call Richmark at 206-322-8884 or 800-456-8884 and ask for Accounting during business hours Monday through Thursday or prior to 3:00 PM on Fridays.

Pay by Fax

Fax a copy of your check to us at 206-328-3703 and indicate that you’d like the fax converted to an eCheck.

Pay by Email with Zelle

Using the Zelle app on your phone or through online banking, send your payment to [email protected]

Pay by Regular Mail

Lastly, there is always the option to send a check in the mail. Our mailing address is below.
